Lexi Fox
Owner & Designer
Our lead designer, Lexi Fox, believes that a persons home is a reflection of their personality. With a design background of over five years, she is actively working to transform clients dream homes into a reality. She is passionate and hard working in every aspect of the design field. Her instinctive eye for beauty shows when she is able to capture the clients’ desires and bring them to life. Her empathetic nature allows her to find the beauty in every situation and provide guidance during the creative process. In her free moments, she likes to spend time in nature with her two boys, and her dog Stormi. Her other passions include fashion trends, classic cars, and fitness. We believe that she plays a key role in the success and creativity of our company as it continues to grow.
Owner & Operations
Josh Cranek
Josh Cranek is the Operations Manager at DeNovo Designs. Josh’s high energy brings an exciting workspace to our company. He values honesty, doing things the right way, and not taking things too seriously. Josh has over 5 years of experience in the remodeling industry with a keen eye for details to make sure your projects will be taken care of to the end. Outside of work Josh pursues his hobbies of motorcycling, camping, and traveling with his friends.
Clay Sonntag
Owner & Construction Estimator
Clay Sonntag, also known as Clay2, is a Sam Houston State graduate with over 20 years of construction and remodeling experience. Growing up around construction and remodeling has instilled a hands-on approach and can-do attitude that he brings to every project. To Clay, the meaning of success throughout his daily work is to consistently provide excellent customer service and deliver a great result every time.
Clay Picone
Owner & Field Director
Clay Picone, also known as Clay1, was born and raised in Bryan-College Station, where he graduated from Bryan High School (2001) and Texas A&M (2005). He also owns Clay Squared Inc Home Remodeling. Clay and his wife are currently raising their three daughters Joanie, EV, and Remi. When Clay is not helping the team to build their clients’ dream homes, he is coaching his daughter’s Soccer Teams for Central Sports, enjoying RazorFit classes at BVMMA, off-roading or overlanding, and collecting comic books, patches, guns, and trading cards.
Ellie Conn
Designer
Ellie Conn is a valued member of our Design Team. She graduated from Sam Houston State in 2020 with a Degree in Interior Design and began working within the industry immediately afterwards. Being raised around Construction, Ellie found her love of home design, remodeling, and finding potential in existing spaces. Ellie has a passion for people and has never met a stranger. She continuously uses this talent to connect with clients and make sure that they remain comfortable throughout the full design and remodel process. Ellie’s favorite part of her job is the look on her client’s faces after seeing their finished home. In her free time, you can catch Ellie surfing the web looking for old pieces of furniture to refurbish, hanging out with her husband Caleb, and spending time with her family.
Krystalynn Buesing is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University and has many aspirations in life. She has always had an eye for designing, organizing, and leaving things better than she found it. With her witty personality and architectural degree, she plans on making people’s dreams become their reality. Outside of the office, Krystalynn enjoys spending time with her family, friends and fur babies. She loves to craft, worship, and go to the dance hall. Her passion to serve those around her has inspired her to continue learning and work on obtaining a realtor’s license. She is dedicated to making sure whatever season one may be in, they feel at home and ready to conquer the day ahead of them. She believes people's surroundings influence their daily lives and knows the DeNovo Design Team can bring new inspiration and motivation into their home.
